Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown, Raleigh

It was close to the venue; very clean; front desk staff all very nice. I would definitely go back.

Do NOT stay here! I was told by Holly the clerk they don't clean half the time and she even told us to go elsewhere. I was appalled and couldn't get refund because they said I didn't book direct with them! I?ve never had such a bad experience I even took pictures of what the room looked like because I'm going to try and get a refund. Luckily we found a great clean hotel not far!

Liked: Nothing was good; we checked in and out within 5 minutes.
Disliked: Pubic hair all over bed, phone, table; it was the most disgusting place I've ever been.

Liked: Clean room and bathroom was extremely clean.
Disliked: None.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for me and my family. We plan on staying again -- Comfort Inn is our hotel of choice.

Liked: The location was close to town.
Disliked: I was accosted by someone lurking outside the front door of the hotel asking for money not five feet from the entrance. I had my ninety year old mother in the car and was afraid to leave her alone in the room. I was followed by another crazy acting person into the store across the street when I was trying to buy water because the hotel vending machine didn’t offer it. He tried to bully me into using my credit card to get cash back for him and was lurking outside the store when I exited.
