Liked: Breakfast was pretty good...I had oatmeal, coffee and toasted bagel with cream cheese, husband had scrambled eggs, sausage and bagel...very attentive staff

Liked: Although I just had some fruit, breakfast looked really good. Large variety to choose from. Coffee was good.
Disliked: My room was near the side entrance. The outside door had no lock on it. The security lock had been removed. This poses a security problem of which I felt very uncomfortable.

Liked: The location was great- we got to explore the Finger Lakes from a central location
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable which made it difficult to sleep

Liked: The breakfast was standard. The guy replenishing the bagels had an attitude. Restaurant was great. Room clean and spacious. East parking. Loved that there was a water dispenser in the lobby. Missed it in the last day. Would have loved to refill my water bottle before we started the 5 hour trip home.
Disliked: It was great.
