Liked: I really loved the customer service. Everyone was so nice. Rooms exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: I wished they would of served bacon, eggs and sausage for breakfast.

Superb

Liked: Brandon and Kathy were exceptional… Brandon is extremely friendly and he made my whole family of 14 feel welcome. My event was in Hot Springs but I had a very unpleasant experience at a hotel there so Comfort Inn and Suites will be my forever go to when my family comes in from Dallas.
Disliked: 2 of my family members had rooms that didn’t smell fresh. They smelled like old carpet. And the breakfast area was very small
