Disliked: Feels old. The room above us was noisy.

Frustrating, irritating and insufficient

Liked: The front desk people when I got there and the following morning were friendly and as helpful as they were able to be. The room was nice and mostly clean.
Disliked: The coffee was TERRIBLE, both in the room (old coffee still in the machine too) and the breakfast room. ALL of the half and half was spoiled. I had to drive over 4 miles to get decent coffee at an espresso stand. Gravy served with breakfast was tasteless. Front desk person got defensive, blaming vendors for coffee, etc issues and shrugging off my complaints about the TV: Remote not working with the TV properly and written guide to channels (which I had to ask for as there was none in the room) TOTALLY innaccurate.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, pool and hot tub were nice…..place could have been cleaner….doors going in and out were dirty and carpets at doorways were dirty….maybe a little more maintenance as well

Good location and breakfast.

Liked: Good breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff. Walking distance to downtown.
Disliked: Very few people stayed in the hotel when we did so not many rooms were occupied. Yet the room we received was at the front of the building with lots of early morning traffic noise. It would have been nice to get a room on the quiet side.

Disliked: First room the give us was dirty, give us the se on one and was dirty too… shame on them.
