Liked: Excellent breakfast buffet and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The shower curtain was dirty needed to be changed. Bathroom tub could be cleaner

Liked: Close proximity to down town Oswego. The restaurant in the hotel was nice.
Disliked: We always stay in this hotel when we visit our daughter. I feel like the quality has declined since the inclusion of the water park. People had thrown dirty diapers in the hallway that sat there all night. It was loud. Kids were screaming and dogs were barking. I was awoken at 2:30 am by someone screaming on their phone. I had to change rooms due to a constant noise that sounded like a compressor going off every few minutes. Needless to say, it was not relaxing.

Liked: Location was great. Outside door for pets was a real plus. Staff were a pleasure to talk to.
Disliked: Heavily stained chairs, rusty door frame in bathroom, louver blinds in the outside door are askew, no trash facilities to toss pet bags nearby the walking area, bathrooms too small, and the side door did not take an entry key. Having the door close at 10pm made me think there are crime issues in the neighborhood. The triple ply covers felt like sleeping under tissue paper.
