Passable

Disliked: The Personal of the hotel was not very attentive nor helpful. I asked for water and the guy wouldnt try to help me get it. Restrooms, pool and gym were very dirty.

Bad

We won’t be back and...

Liked: We didn’t partake of the breakfast. The musty smell of the lobby/ breakfast area was affecting my wife’s asthma.
Disliked: The overall condition of the public areas is worn and in need of a remodel. The lobby smells moldy and the elevator smells of machine oil.

Disliked: The room had roaches and the bathroom was dirt I have pictures

Liked: It was in a good area
Disliked: Remodeling was going on throughout every level of the building. Room had a few things wrong with it light in restroom was flickering none stop then it would stay on,toilet would take forever to flush,blanket on the bed had 2 holes from cigarettes even though it was a none smoking room.

Poor

Liked: The beds we’re comfortable. The front desk staff morning and night were very nice helpful and informative, the housekeeping staff was also excellent. That was about it honestly.
Disliked: I did not like that the smoke detector was off the wall, that is dangerous. I did not like that there was trash in the room when we arrived. I also did not enjoy the smell that we were welcomed with. The cleanliness was not up to par either.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: First room toilet was used and not flossed and the bed look like somebody sleep in there. Second room was better but people smoking outside and the smoke came inside the room. They have a lot of mattress on the hall with out any plastic or cover they have remodeling.
