Quality Inn & Suites Palm Island Indoor Waterpark

Very disappointing!

Disliked: Old, dirty, worn out facility. Breakfast wasn't ready at stated time. Was surprised that Quality Inns would have their name on a property like this.

Clean, but very run down.

Liked: The room was very clean and the AC was adjustable. The inn was in a good location.
Disliked: The building was very run down and many things were in desperate need of repair. The most concerning was that the flapper lock on our door was broken off. The regular lock worked fine, but I felt a little less safe without the flapper latch.

Bedbugs the waterpark wasn’t open....

Disliked: Bedbugs the waterpark wasn’t open. The arcade wasn’t open. Staff was not friendly room was dirty room head mold everywhere. The smell of the hotel was disgusting. Do not suggest staying in here.

Disliked: Pool and work out room not open and the hall way smelled like like smoke and no ventilation in room and the carpet was ripped by the door .and outside nobody with there pets are not picking up after them.

The worst hotel experience of...

Liked: 1- Rude, gaslighting staff. 2- Dirty hallways with garbage for more than 24hrs sitting in same spot. 3- 1 working elevator4- My room stunk of incense and smoke, 5- the smoke alarm was covered in plastic, 5- the toilet lid was missing. 6- the wifi didn't work the entire time 7- the building in general looks like it's in shambles. 8- the curtains are broke and don't close fully. 9- gym was non operational. 10- water park didn't open when it was supposed too. 11- found pubic hair in the hand towels that where supposed to be clean!!! 12- phone not working, no cords.13- lamp in room not working. I could go on but what's the point, the people who run the place aren't gonna change, so stay at your own risk.
Disliked: That I was able to leave.

Not a nice place

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The facilities were dirty and seemed to be falling apart. A lot of things didn't work and everything was dirty and worn. The only things clean were the towels and the sheets, though they smelled unpleasant.
