This hotel was a major disappointment. Fortunately my daughter and I only had one night booked here. When we first entered our room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there was an obvious cigarette smelled that they'd tried to cover up with a deodorizer. The elevator was broken resulting in us having to walk about 5 minutes in the freezing cold back and forth to the lobby (e.g. for breakfast etc.) There was lots of traffic noise from a nearby highway and the main street which was resulted in us sleeping very poorly. The breakfast was just okay. The positives about this experience were: clean room other than the smoke smell, comfortable beds and the coffee was surprisingly good.

Disliked: The floors and bathtub are to slippery . I am an elderly man and fell out of the shower because of how slippery it is

DISGUSTING

Disliked: It was disgusting. I had to book 2 separate rooms due to a misunderstanding and both of the rooms were purely disgusting. Dirty old rags from the previous people who stayed , sheets and pillowcases looks like they’ve never been washed, chicken bones in the corner of the room . And the staff told me “you get what you pay for”. They don’t know know to clean properly
