Would have been nice to have a fridge in our room but we didnt ask for one - will next time. Very clean & comfortable and location was easy access to interstate & whereever we wanted to go. We would stay here again!

Liked: Just a really rough area. Bunch of homeless hanging out in lounge area all day. Very tacky place.
Disliked: Friday night 04/12/24 at 8pm. Staff working front desk was very noisy and non helpful. Did not get his name. It was a African American guy wearing a hat that is all I know. Will not be going back

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: On 3rd floor and a few rooms down there was a woman screaming very loud at her kids most of the night. The kids were screaming most of the night. Hard to listen to. I understand there is nothing you can do about it...just effected the stay.

Liked: Everything seemed clean. The pool area is a little small but the water is warm and clean. We had 2 rooms and they both had everything you would want your hotel room to have.
Disliked: My teens were swimming when the power went out. No big deal, can’t be helped BUT there was NO lights in the pool area. They didn’t have any emergency lights in the pool area and it was dark outside. Very disappointed that their safety was at risk cause of a light.
