Quality Inn & Suites Bell Gardens-Los Angeles, Bell Gardens

It was ok.

Liked: It was in a good location, close by to a lot of shopping center, restaurants, and gas stations.
Disliked: The communication between the staff. I was told two different things which made my check in hard. I did not have a quick check in. It made me late to where I needed to be. Worse check in I have ever experienced

Liked: I really like everything,staff was great, new remodel room smells like new Definitely a will stay here again just small tip you guys should change the old furniture so the room looks like new 😊👍🏼

The room itself was nice...

Liked: Nice location. Close to shopping centers and restaurants
Disliked: Facilities where not in service. Ice machine not working vending machines not working. Our toilet kept clogging and the water pressure in the shower was the worst.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean and well appointed with lots of extras like a microwave and iron. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, waffles etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The overall motel was very dirty with the carpets stained black and the stairwell filthy. We would come across homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. The location was a little sketchy with strange people hanging around.

Overall, my stay was good...

Liked: All staff were amazing! They were friendly and always willing to help. The location of the property is great lots of surrounding stores and places to eat!
Disliked: The property itself needs a lot of maintenance and up making.The carpet throughout is terrible their are lots of rips, black stains, and parts where the carpet is rising which makes it easy to trip over.The walls in the room were dirty and the paint in the bathroom was cracked and chipping. I am 50% sure their is mold in the bathroom of the room I was in. The curtains in the room were dusty and ripped. Furniture was also chipped and chairs were stained giving the overall room a horrible appearance. I did have to request to be switched rooms because the first room was in worse conditions than the one I stayed in. Additionally, on my last day the water boiler went out so we were without hot water for a day.
