Liked: Clean, good location, and affordable.
Disliked: Breakfast from 6:00 am to 9:00 am is really more like 6:30 am to 9:00 am. Wanted to leave a day early but couldn’t shorten my stay 1 night.

Would not stay here again

Liked: Location was good. Near stores and eating places. Close to I-75
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness. Had to relocate microwave to reach plug. A/C squealed so loud couldn't run at night and sleep. Room very small. Check in took a long time due to lack of staff. Breakfast choice disappointing.

Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The fitness center was ok, but needs a fan or something. It's airless in that room. Breakfast could've had some more options.

Disliked: The pictures of this hotel were not accurate. As soon as we opened the door to our room, a nasty smell hit us like a wall. We walked into the dimly lit room, and it felt moist. Everything was rusty...the lights on the bedside table were missing their finish, and the exposed metal was rusted. The bathroom was not clean. Dirt was on the floor, the sink, the bathtub, and the toilet - inside and out.Unfortunately, when booking this, we opted for the pay now option on Booking.com, so sadly our stay was non-refundable. We contacted Booking.com immediately to see what our options were. We spent over $350 on our reservation at the Quality Inn, but it was so bad that we decided to pay for another hotel closer to our destination. That should tell you how bad this place was. Do not waste your money on this hotel. There's a Hampton Inn next door, spend a bit more money and stay there. It was unavailable during our stay.

Liked: The location was good. The price was good.
Disliked: The room has a significant stale odor. The property is in a state of disrepair. Broken tray on the ice machine, the furniture in the room was seriously worn, with holes in the chair fabric and stains. All lamp switches were filthy. There was a thick layer of dust on the baseboards. The sink faucet was set so close to the counter that the counter flooded each time the faucet was used.

Liked: The pillows were very comfortable and the bed was fine.
Disliked: The whole place was very tired. The towels were old. The paint was pealing off the bathroom ceiling. The cushion on the chair had holes in the upholstery.

Disliked: Roaches, was disgusting. Fridge didn’t work. Microwave was dirty. Everything was nasty. And did I mention roaches in hotel room!!!
