Disliked: I specifically chose a jacuzzi room when I stayed due to a power outage at my home. It was more expensive than a regular room. I did not use the jacuzzi due to a hair ball found in the tub.Also, the “bar” was open and I wanted to play pool. Neither the bar nor the front desk could make change for me. The desk clerk told me to go across the street to the gas station. This was well after dark.

Disappointing, uncomfortable, bad customer service...

Liked: The location of hotel is just 5-10 mins close to fast food restaurants and within 30-45 mins of downtown Stroudsburg.
Disliked: First of all I booked the pool view king room and paid for it through booking.com but when I reached I didn’t get the room with the pool view. The hotel staff said they have maintenance going on in other rooms and I never got any refund from hotel and booking.com. I will blame booking.com since they posted it on their website and I made reservation through them.
