Liked: Room was okay.
Disliked: Our booking was supposed to come with breakfast. When we went to the lobby for breakfast, the desk clerk was at the lobby door telling a couple that there was no breakfast cause of a staff member having an emergency and not coming in. We all asked if we could just get a cold breakfast. The clerk said no. We asked if we'd get an amount of the room refunded because of paying for the breakfast. The clerk said no, closed the door on us, and locked it.
