Liked: location was good
Disliked: There was a huge problem with check in. I had made the reservation on the road and accidentally put in the wrong date. The woman at the desk was very rude saying she culdn't help me and I needed to call booking.com. I was successfully able to change the reservation on my phone fairly quickly. She said my credit card was denied. I called booking.com and talked with a man about my problem who said he would call the hotel. After 20 minutes on hold, no call had been made. I texted and finally the call went through and they argued about the credit card. Finally after 45 minutes we were checked in but I still do not know if we were charged twice. We were exhasuteed after driving in traffic and just wanted a room; not a good experience

Liked: Location was great - breakfast was good and staff were good!
Disliked: Carpet in our room was dingy, had a torn spot, etc.

It was what we expected...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The towels were thin. The mattress was too soft on the edges, feeling like we would roll off.

I would certainly prefer to...

Liked: Great staff, including an especially friendly and personable man at the front desk (I didn’t catch their name). They helped me feel welcome.
Disliked: No main issues. Typical experience at a Quality Inn located in a truck stop/pit stop exit along I-80.
