Liked: The outstanding bedding. In contrast to most hotels now having merely a sheet and bedspread, this hotel had a very nice very substantial comforter between those the sheet and bedspread.
Disliked: no. It was the infrequent surprise of being way better than expected, even without ithe Price having been a. very reasonable.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The location was in a convenient area. The room was clean and maintained.
Disliked: There was no soap or shampoo available in the room. When I asked a staff member about the issue he stated that he knew about the problem and that they did not have any available. I felt deceived because they knew that the rooms did not have the basic supplies necessary to rent them out but continued to sell them. I was unable to shower because a lack of transparency from the staff. If I would have known in advance I would have went elsewhere.

Never staying here again

Disliked: Everything was awful. High unexpected incidental deposit. Broken things in the room, tile, door stop, robe hook, bathtub. Horrible beds.Pool closed. Breakfast awful and drink machine broken. The side entrance we were closest to was broken and had to be fought with to open. Compensation only offered for us if we left, but we paid for the room and had no other money to leave, and the offered refund would take 3 to 5 days. Worst experience ever. Booking offered minimal assistance and no compensation. Choice rewards is sending inspector because of facility complaints not measuring up to standards.
