Exactly what I expected

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: The entire place smelled like weed & cigs. Dirty floors & room. Bed was sort of gross too. The bathroom was even worse! Poop on the walls, very dirty & nasty. Woke up in the middle of the night to a centipede in the bathroom. Disgusting! Never again.

For the prices we paid...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and gave good advice on where to eat and hang out.
Disliked: We arrived early and was able to check in early (that part was great) the down side was the room we were checked into was not clean at all. The floors were gross with food all over the bathroom floor was dirty and it didn’t look like the beds were “made” with clean sheets. We called the front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets changed. They sent a house keeper right away. She as super friendly and had great conversation while she cleaned. We also noticed on our return for exploring the city that there were people in the lobby who definitely were not guest but people in active addiction that made walking into the hotel a little unpleasant:

Overall good location and value...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, lots of parking. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, french toast and sausages, on real dishes (not styrofoam or plastic).
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. Dirty floors in bathroom (especially behind the door when closed), hairs in shower. Also our alarm clock was unplugged and when we pulled out the night stand to plug it back in, it was filthy. There were chip bags, other garbage, and someone's glasses fallen in behind the night stand. Also the hairdryer only worked on "low" so it took forever to blow dry our hair.

Liked: NOTHING...It was nasty and dirty I will never go to that hotel again .. it was to late to keep going and try to find a place to sleep
Disliked: Everything

I would not recommend staying...

Disliked: We found bed bugs, beds weren’t comfortable, no elevator, found mold and algae growing,
