Disliked: Unkept grounds trash everywhere the room was never cleaned before we checked in. Cigarettes I room and hallway in a non smoking facility. The curtains were ripped carpet was dirty. It was not a pleasant stay but no refunds available

Disliked: Of the 2 rooms that were booked both had key issues. Was not resolved on the evening we got there. We were told that the front desk would need to let us in when needed in our room. In the morning when we needed back in after breakfast the front desk staff (who we had to call at 10) made us 2 new keys and we were able to get in. Breakfast was cold, the hot water for tea was cold, there were no eggs and no one was around. The front area of the hotel was empty.
