Liked: The property was very clean
Disliked: I didn’t like that my room was not properly cleaned and after speaking to a manager upon check out, He explained how every room is inspected after each turnover. Well how was someone else’s excrement in my room toilet un flushed. He never offered to take anything off the room and encouraged me to stay with them again HaHa. Fool me once…..

All in all a great...

Liked: The breakfast was good and very filling. Everything was warmand on time. I would recommend the meal to anyone. It is great that a meal is offered during the beginning of your day. Great idea for you.
Disliked: I could not find many things that I didn’t like. My room was near the parking lot but it was still quiet. It was on the first floor but there was no noise. There is a desk that looks like a table. I would have likedto have an extra chair to eat at that table.

Disliked: Very poor breakfast. At 8:45 there was nothing to eat. Breakfast to improve

Overcoming challenges.

Liked: Staff gradually helped me endure a trying stay of 6 days.
Disliked: Lock to room did not work. Card failed to work so I had to ask staff assistance. Heat stopped working third night of visit. I had to move to a better room.

Good room, mediocre, at best,...

Liked: Rooms were nice, comfort was good
Disliked: Some of the other residents were smoking and likely doing illegal substances. Our room smelled like smoke and drugs. The manager? tried to help and sprayed some stuff to neutralize the smell but the entire thing was very very shady and the whole hall stunk.
