Disliked: Room was very dated & Dirty Bath Tub had hair from previous guest Bed was not comfortable felt springs

Disliked: The price online was different than what I was promised, the room had a pet smell even though it was pet friendly room. The water was luke warm one day and when complain was told it would be fixed, after. being out all day I come back to no key card working and still like warm water.. after another long day of business I come back to not only is key card not working,, but room has no water at all,, was switched to another room where no water exits as well to finally be given a third room after a hour had to move items which took another hour to only find out,, I was in a room with like warm water again.

Disliked: Change my account for 42.50 for damage pillow for two days. How did two adults damage a pillow. Did not notify me at all just change my account. I called all day to talk to manage no one would respond until 3:30 PM and was told to call back in morning. I give them a opportunity to get right, but they don't. I will not recommend no to go there, because you will get your money taken for some small pillows.

Liked: I like how clean it was when I stayed.
Disliked: The doors didn’t work for my key. Therefore I had to walk all the way around.
