Frustrating, poor and marred by...

Liked: Location was convenient, price wasn't bad.
Disliked: We stayed four nights. For three nights there was no hot water - not that the water was not hot enough, it didn't exist at all. We complained every morning, and nothing was done. One of the desk people said she was only there to check people in and couldn't do anything, the other tried but was ignored, and the manager said they'd had many other complaints about water and he'd put us on a list - but did nothing. It wasn't until the last night when we were given a new room which had lukewarm water - but at least it had water. Also, the Quality website promised a "free hot breakfast". There was a sign at checkin that they wouldn't provide hot breakfasts because the restaurant was being renovated - the notice was dated eleven months previous.

Quiet, Convenient, but dated.

Liked: The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The property was perfectly located and quiet. The staff was friendly and polite.
Disliked: The facility itself was dated. It needs to be updated. It seems like there was a high population of homeless people in and around the property. There was no breakfast as was advertised. The bathroom was clean but when I took a shower one evening there was no hot water and the same thing happened to my daughter when she showered in the morning. The room had the smallest TV I have ever seen. The carpets in the room need to be replaced. It is old-looking and dirty.

Liked: The room was okay except for the curtains (see below)
Disliked: The window coverings were white shear transparent material with no other way to darken the room to sleep.Then there were the parking lot lights that lit up the room like it was daylight. I can't believe anyone in the hotelbusiness would allow such an installation. I did not sleep well under these circumstances. I think I deserve a refund.

Liked: It was close to the interstate
Disliked: My husband is in a wheelchair and barely made it through the elevator. I asked to get a room downstairs and they refused to change my room. The check in took way to long she kept going to different people then back to me. The water pressure was barely any and the water wasn’t even hot

Disliked: The girl did say they will do renovation
