I will not ever stay...

Liked: the property is under constant construction from what I understand, the floors in the rooms were sticky I did not walk barefoot in my room, the first room the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t want to move me till I pushed the issue, then they finally moved me. Then my last night I woke up to the air conditioner making a horrible clanging sound at 2:30am and I had to shut it off to get it to stop. The lady my first night at the counter was rude. When I told someone who lives in the area about my stay they laughed and said that hotel has been this way for years!
Disliked: sorry I got the two mixed up, there was really nothing I liked about the property. I wish I had gotten photos, you would be appalled.

Liked: I loved the bed very comfortable, I also like how the house keeping service was great. They came and fix up and clean up the room the next day. The Front Desk very helpful.

Liked: HVAC was a little tricky but acceptable.
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal.

Not what I expected, not...

Liked: The pool was open, free breakfast
Disliked: The facility wasn’t clean enough for me, the exterior was worn down, the carpet had a unfamiliar odor, the hallways were dim, didn’t have extra regular towels available , one of the doors by the pool didn’t work when using key to enter back in building, the beds were super uncomfortable.

Liked: I LOVE the location! I love the price for the location.The for the most part are always nice yet on occasion you can tell when someone is having a bad day or hates their job.
Disliked: I have stayed at this location MANY yrs when it was Ramada Inn. This stay was least enjoyable. The room smelled musky. I was charged a separate disinfectant/cleaning fee from my bill, which, was done through booking.com. how is this legal?
