Disliked: As soon as I walked in we saw roaches.There were cigarette burns in the covers and the ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart from the wall. My daughter didn't want to shower there because the shower looked nasty.

Liked: Absolutely a horrible experience from arrival to departure. Extremely unsanitary. Two things kept me there... the airline recommended you all .... it was too late to find another hotel. I called to complain. They said they must allow the hotel to respond. They never did. I would never invite a person into a hotel like that. I don't even know why I expected breakfast after seeing what was happening. We had to go pay at another restaurant because there was NO breakfast.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. I have been requesting a full refund. They did not represent what they advertised. I was not the only person complaint about different things. It was Freezing no one came to adjust the air. The first room had a dirty tub. They sent me to another room in which the tub was dirty. I purchased baking soda and peroxide to clean it.

Liked: The staff were fantastic. Good selection of breakfast included with the room rate.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit dated but it didn’t bother us.

Liked: I had no issues about room. Or the night shift people.
Disliked: After staying for 5 nights, checked out. Then decided I would stay another night was told I could not because my room was left to dirty. No pics no pacific reason giving. Could not speak to anyone with authority. I know floor needed swept/vacuum and I had gotten sick and used 1 towel to clean up. Nothing over the top. Did the housekeeper not want to do her job? I know I'm not perfect but damn I did not leave the room that bad at all. Shouldn't have taken more than 20 or 30 minutes to clean including changing bed linens and cleaning bathroom. SMH. Totally not fair. Tbh I think it was a racial thing because of being bi-racial couple. No other reason seems logical.

Disliked: The breakfast is bad. The front desk was so rude. MY HOT WATER DID NOT WORK!!!! My shower barely worked. My AC barely worked as well. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were brown flakes on the toilet and the tub was nasty.
