Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Ants in the room. Fridge was dripping water inside. PTAC was not functioning properly, the room seemed humid and there was an odor.

Awful will not stay again...

Disliked: Rude employees, no elevator to 2nd floor, room was not cleaned after 1st night , way to expensive for quality of hotel. I had to ask for more towels and they brought towels that were thin and way to small for bath towels. I’m pretty sure they were pool towels or something. I had room on 1st floor but the woman at desk said it was showing as not cleaned so we had to walk upstairs to 2nd floor. Water was green in bath.
