Liked: Staff was friendly and eager to please, jacuzzi in our room was amazing! Quiet and clean
Disliked: Bath tub didn’t have a plug but staff were quick to fix it. Nothing bad to say about our stay

Liked: Location is a plus and a minus. Central to the historic waterfront district but also central to homelessness right outside the gated hotel. This is of course no fault of the owners but rather the reality we all currently live in.
Disliked: The hotel looks like they've been trying and they appear close in there endeavor but I would encourage them to look at the bathroom and entry doors. The door knobs and a radius of about 12" around door knobs was not appealing to say the least. A little cleaning or paint would go a long way. Unfortunately, no one in charge seems to notice and that's why it's rated according. Multiple pictures and video of this establishment available upon request.
