Liked: Everything was clean and cozy, had access to the exit which was convenient for me and my family, couldn't hear noise from outside which I enjoyed.
Disliked: I found a used coffee packed in the coffee machine. The volume max was 60 however the TV was quite low, most channels had weak signal but enjoyed the Harry Potter marathon with the kids.

Liked: We did a late night check-in and were exhausted. I loved that checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities described.I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I dont remeber her name but the young lady who answered the phone each time we called was pleasant and patient. I appreciated her willingness to help us, after we realized my mom had left her insulin in the rm three hours after we had already checked out, by overnighting us her medicine.I will definitely be staying here again on our next pass through to visiting family.
