I will definitely use this hotel for all my stays in Cherokee.
Liked: Was very clean place; convenient to Harrah's Casino.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: The fact that you can't smoke on the balcony is ridiculous but you can smoke out front where people have to walk by you to get to their rooms.

I would stay there again.
Liked: It looked like it was recently remodeled and the room was tastefully decorated. Clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Water pressure was a little low.

Liked: Did not like anything about the hotel, had to change my reservation about a week before our actual stay, but was charged anyway for a night we did not stay, the manager refused to refund our money for the night we weren't supposed to be charged for and instead charge us for the night we were actually going to stay...she wanted to charge us for both nights...also as we were checking in, there was a gentlman on the phone having the same issue with his reservation that we were having and she was treating him the same way...My husband and I travel extensively and have never been treated like this anywhere else, plus I have worked retail for 25+ years...I can honestly say that with the manager and her way of treating customers seriously needs more training in the area of customer service
Disliked: The general manager had no customer service skills what so ever, did not stay at this hotel and will never stay at this hotel...
