Our reservation was for Thursday- Saturday. We had a confirmation number that we showed to the assistant manager at check in. There was a mix up on their end and he refused to let us check in or help us in any way. Our credit card was charged. We are having to fight to get a refund. We had to find another hotel.

Disliked: The staff and building were awful. They couldn't find our reservation. Even with our confirmation number they couldn't find the reservation. It took 20 minutes. to find the manager who was MIA. As soon as the manager showed up suddenly our reservation appeared. The door to our room was so old and damaged it nearly fell off. The coffee machine in our room leaked. The breakfast was horrible. 15 minutes after they opened the breakfast they were out of coffee and eggs. The trash cans in the breakfast room were overflowing and there was no one manning the room. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to come attend the breakfast. A woman was able to find more coffee and eggs, but just walked past the trash. There is evidence of overlooked or differed maintenance everywhere. I will never stay there again or book a room through booking.com . This is the second time I've had problems with Booking.com

Absolutely Horrific!

Liked: It was the most disgusting room I'd ever stayed in. They couldn't get a room key to open the door of the first room I was given. The clerk opened it with her keys and when I asked her how I was suppose to get in when I left for any reason, she suggested I prop open the door. Are you serious? I don't think so. I demanded another room. I don't think I've ever seen a bathroom so filthy in my life! I didn't dare touch anything. If I hadn't been on the road for 11 hrs, I would have left immediately but it was 11pm and I was exhausted. I ended up getting a sheet out of the trunk of my car and laid it across the bed so I wouldn't have to have contact with the bed directly. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with a hotel room. Traveller's beware! DO NOT EVER STAY THERE!

Disliked: The unprofessionalism of the staff, the uncleanness of the room. The sink and shower had a continuous leak. The comforter was visibily dirty, carpets were not vacuumed, there was a sticky residue on the remote, alarm clock, and the lamp on the nightstand.

Liked: Easy on/off from highway.We were able to stay on the first level and take my dogs in and out so easily. Great beds and pillows!!
Disliked: The bathroom needs to be updated badly!
