Disappointing

Disliked: The pool and spa was unoperational, the ice machine closest to my room did not work. No contential breakfast available at the time I was ready to eat.

Disappointed the reasons we choose...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: We only booked this hotel for the complimentary free breakfast which they never had. Also, we only booked this hotel because it is one of the only hotels with an indoor pool. Neither one of these 2 items were listed at all- it was only shown that the pool is not in use after we booked the room which was way too late - so we had no choice then. Then we arrive and try to get breakfast and the ropes are tied off and there is only coffee. That was very disappointing.. We have stayed here many times and not thrilled about how this went.

Disliked: The pool and hot tub was down didn't know until I got there by then it was to late to find something else. Not very good breakfast options so didn't eat there. Could have been better. Didn't like the door to enter the hall way in the bathroom.

Disliked: The pool and hot tub wasn’t working and the breakfast was a huge disappointment there was hair on towels and in the tub and it smelt like cigarettes and then they moved us to nother room and there was little hairs in that bed it was disgusting! Wasn’t happy at all
