Liked: The best part of are stay was the woman that served us at breakfast she went out of her way to make sure you was taking care of like when we checked in we didn’t have a refrigerator in the room we told the front desk got no where next morning we was talking about it and she went and told maintenance and we had a refrigerator with in the hour give that nice woman 10 stars
Disliked: There is no way of contacting the desk the pool and hot tub was dirty and the hot tube was ice cold there was no microwave in the rooms and the stairs we had to up and down had a bad odor in the stairwell just a bad experience all the way around

Disliked: Pool water was cloudy, did not use. Chlorine stench strong. Elevator difficult to find. Staff failed to clean room during stay. TV doesn't cooperate with Roku and malfunctions.Dusty behind beds.No microwave.

Liked: Staff was nice but room was horrible. Room was dirty. Roaches. And the hot tub was shut down. Ac didn't work was 74 and didn't stay the whole night.

Liked: Hot tub was great! Pool is not heated. Breakfast is good, decent enough variety. Our room was outdated but they were remodeling some rooms during our stay.

Extremely disappointed and felt fooled...

Disliked: So nasty, pool looks nothing like pictures rooms are falling apart, bathrooms where the grossest I've ever seen and just foul almost

Liked: The staff were the redeeming entity of this stay.
Disliked: The hotel room was dirty, bathroom had piles of dust behind the door. We discovered a roach in our room. The room was not available at the listed check-in time- we didn't gain access until 9pm. Hot tub was cold and the water looked very dirty.
