we came early ... had...

Liked: we came early ... had to to cancel. Unsafe environment/ charges for dog we thought to much. Gave enough time hours before checkin to let rooms be available.The front desk said I could cancel. I contacted booking requested no charge front desk understood said were not staying make rooms available/ as we sat in back parking lot trying to find a place not so broken down looking, we watched people exchanging things felt very unsafe there.My children asked me to leave. They really want a place to swim …The pool area was not clean -yellow water ..and had broken equipment / open empty unsafe for children in the area. They charged my credit card 7times.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The gap around the door. Waking up and being sticky from the muggy and hot coming in. The bathroom had a pull by the toilet our entire stay. Large stains on the floor and furniture.

Liked: The location of the hotel was good. Gravy and biscuits were good at breakfast.
Disliked: Was instantly upset upon check-in. We reserved 2 rooms with double queen beds months in advance. They separated our rooms on the opposite side of the property

Checked out soon as we...

Disliked: It was a motel and not a hotel. It only advertised the inside rooms but none of them were available. False advertisement at its finest.
