UNETHICAL HOTEL TOOK ADVANTAGE OF...

Liked: I was overcharged. This hotel was the only one I could make reservation to stay. It was a huge storm and many flights cancelled I ended up going to this hotel and it was a total nightmare. It’s duty, old, bad smell, impolite staff. HORRIBLE. Save yourself and don’t go there!
Disliked: Clean place. Welcoming staff. Fair price instead of taking advantage of clients during a storm time where clients had no other option. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ACTION.

Liked: I like that it was centrally located between Boston and Salem.
Disliked: I didn't like the entry way into the parking lot
