Disliked: Hotel very dirty. Room dirty and run down.Looks like they had swept all the rooms floors into corridor and not vacuumed for a long time.Room with debris on floor, old used coffee in machine and unclean bathroom

Disappointing I that quality Inn...

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to stay.
Disliked: When I arrived at the property, the check-in staff lady was sitting there eating her lunch at 3:30, She told me that she would help me when she was done with her lunch. We had to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes until she finished her lunch.Also, they did not have breakfast which was supposed to be included in the stay. Also, the pool was not operational, which were two of the reasons why I picked the quality in to stay at very disappointing.

Disliked: The hotel advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast available not even prepackaged items.

Liked: The staff was excellent and dealt with the issues to the best of their ability
Disliked: There was no breakfast as advertised as there was a health violation due to a refrigerator failing and the sheets had to be changed prior to use as there was a stain and a hair in them
