Bad advertising, didn't do what...

Liked: The area, close to where i needed to be.
Disliked: They didn't want to put the Waffles mix out, they said they only do that on week ends.. That was one reason I went there so I wouldn't have to go to a restturant The towels were like wash rags

Liked: There's pretty much nothing to like about this hotel. The price that we were charged for three nights was outrageous we had no towels we had no coffee maker that worked we had no hair dryer that worked and their breakfast that we paid for consisted of bread for toast cold cereal occasionally there would have been some oatmeal Frozen muffins but they did have coffee 24/7. They're a little convenience store that they have in there everything cost $2 even a can of pop $2. We were there because my son was at the University hospital due to an accident and I'm from canyon City which is way further south than Denver. That was the only reason we were there it was the only hotel that we could find on the eve of a snowstorm and it wasn't a good hotel at all they did not plow the parking lot we couldn't get out the next day to get to the hospital. We had to call for an Uber to come get us. Overall not happy with this one at all for the price that we paid for three nights it should have been a whole hell of a lot better. Oh and we tried to do some laundry the last night we were there weren't informed that we had to turn the water on to the washer ourselves because they leak apparently we're never told this and when we opened up the washers it smelled of mold and mildew so bad that there was no way we were putting our clothes in there. Oh and they wouldn't let you take the meager breakfast that they served back to your room to eat. But there wasn't enough places for everybody to sit in their little breakfast nook never again will I stay at this hotel never. Like to speak to somebody about getting my money back
Disliked: Everything about this hotel we did not like everything the people were rude that work there they had no breakfast whatsoever that they advertised coffee machine in our room did not work hair dryer in our room did not work we had one towel when we checked in and according to the front desk lady they had no towels at all to give to us so we had one towel two adults two children to take showers and baths with not fun the coffee maker did not work the lady at the front desk told me to use a new tray that should trigger it to brew coffee for me not when the start button doesn't work and the hair dryer disappointed cuz I desperately needed that hair dryer didn't work at all the button on the inside just flopped up and down seem like it hadn't worked for a very long time extremely disappointed would like to request my money back.

Liked: Room was good size also had large bathroom. Had hardwood floor in room area and tiles in bathroom.
Disliked: Breakfast bar was minimal. Muffins and cereal mostly. Helped myself to some coffee during check out.

I had a pleasant stay...

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Temperature control was good. It was comfortable and private. Thw staff was great. They were so avcommedating and did whatever they could to ensure a good stay.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better. There were fragrance discs in the heating unit that i didnt care for. The channel guide on tbe tv didnt match tbe channels, amd the tv needed adjustment.
