Never going back to this...

Liked: It was close to the the destination I had to travel to for the events I attended the weekend.
Disliked: I didn’t like the quality/cleanliness of the room. The hallways had a bad smell, and managing staff (female refused to give name) was racist, very rude disrespectful and very belligerent. She also refused to give my family and I clean linen and threatened to watch our room via camera for no reason. She also threatened to lock us out. She would not let children in the pool even with an adult.

Disliked: They canceled my room b4 we even got there and didn’t tell us after we drove 4.5 hours an then tried to put 4 of us in a one bed room for triple the price!!!

Liked: They remembered me from a previous visit almost 8 months ago. That was awesome!!Beds are super comfy.

Liked: The property was clean, quiet, near a number of restaurants and the entrance to I-71.
Disliked: NA

Pleasant stay

Liked: That the bed was comfortable and it was majority quiet. Breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and kind.
Disliked: Doors could be quieter to open and close, got woke up early due to doors closing from neighboring rooms...otherwise everything good
