Could be a reasonable hotel...
Liked: Reasonable breakfast and very good WiFi but that's about it
Disliked: My bins weren't emptied, coffee not replaced, bathroom not cleaned properly and the room smelt. An electic socket was hanging out the wall and some of the lights didn't work.

Liked: The attentiveness from the beginning to correct the issues we first encountered after checking in into our room.
Disliked: After replacing the fridge and microwave after we checked in, we later encountered that the toilet was not working and the tub was not able to hold water. The next issue was that we found long strands of hair at the end of the bed inside of the sheets. We werr very upset. We told the front desk and said the only room they could give us would be the one thats out of order where we wouldn't be able to get into the room when we leave. We asked to change rooms when we had to extend and the Manager gave us a hard time about my service animal being alone in the room when my husband and I had to run an errand. I explained to him that my service animal is fine and is trained. He doesn't have to be with me all of the time especially if I am with my husband. Then he brought up about the room being hot or cold, that my service animal would not be safe. I asked him would that be the case if I had left him in the car instead of the room? Bringing this up upset me. Not only to mention that he failed to recognize and compensate us for the 1st night. They rented us a room that was totally NOT guest ready. They tried to turn it on us by saying we should have said something when we did. It was just unfortunate that the team that was there tbe evening we checked in was not able to make reasonable executive decisions. I recently received an email from the Manager apologizing for the recent issues we encountered and to give them another chance to show us that our next stay would be a better one. Now why would I return chancing a stay that could be 50/50 out of our own very pockets?
