Fair for the price

Liked: It was cheap and we were only staying there for a Saturday night. So you get what you pay for. It felt pretty safe mostly because it was lonely. Close to freeway exits, easy to get to.
Disliked: There is no complimentary breakfast because of COVID so that should be taken off in the description. The toilet kept making a noise every 30 minutes like it was running. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the hallway and your neighbors. It was actually pretty far from downtown, about 8 minute drive. The whole building says no smoking but inside the rooms and hallway it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed.

Liked: location. Outside the building was beautiful, inside bathroom was purely disgusting
Disliked: The bathroom was beyond disgusting. To bathe one's body in this shower made me feel dirty

Liked: The ONE maintenance guy that came to fix up the room was amazing!
Disliked: Let?s just start from the front office and work to the room..Smelled horrible, staff were pretty much ?gangsters?The hallways were nasty smelled like cigarettes and weed the whole way thru..The rooms were also horrible..beds were springy, dirty blankets, wouldn?t give extra towels when needed, because they were being washed.Only can take one shower a day cause there?s no hot water the rest of the time.Phone didn?t even work in the room!Let?s not even get into the manager!!Tried charging me for a night when I already paid for the weekend and also was suppose to get 15% back. Never got that either!Just please don?t stay there especially if you have kids!I never do reviews and probably won?t again unless I have this type of service again!Lesson well learned!

Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. Also the lamps didn?t work and the wall plugs didn?t work!!

Disliked: Had roaches, bad smell and no ice. Ask to get my room cleaned and it never did. Room was dirty when I first checked in.

Liked: Staff unhelpful and slow. Room phone not working. TV remotes not working. Room coffee maker not working. Ice machine not working.Bed was comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator great asset. Shower OK.Stayed here before and things have not changed much.
