Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We were told at check out we would receive a receipt via email and have not.

Liked: The room was comfy.
Disliked: Chemical smell.

I am not choosing this...

Liked: The hotel doesn't seem to be clean, in our case, my wife and a baby we had to go out and in again through a side door to get to our room, that door wasn't working right, we had a hard time to get in.
Disliked: The entrance is not ok for a family, and the breakfast which is included is a disaster, there's not even fresh coffee.

Liked: The staff was great .
Disliked: Clean, comfortable beds ,extra larg room , over all meet my expectations

Disliked: There were ants in the room. The pillows were not changed out or cleaned. You could smell the sweat of the last person that was in the room before. Sure stated there was a pool, it was not available. We didnt even stay the night in the hotel we left at 8

Disliked: There was sh*t in the toilet when we checked-in!Bed linnen in fold out couch was not changed from previous guest!Bed cover was stained.Toilet was loose!

Liked: Out dated and beds were very hard and small.
Disliked: Outdated outside doors didn’t lock

Poor

Disliked: I didn’t like how the side door didn’t lock at all anybody could’ve came in and out. The price was absolutely ridiculous. I had a whirlpool tub in the room that dripped all night. The tub handle was broken, and it was scummy. The bathtub in our bathroom had hair in it and the room smelt musty.

Everything broken and dirty but...

Liked: The rooms were large and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was dirty, there was food wrappers left from last people. Fixtures were broken. Stains on carpet, walls, ceiling and blankets. The pull out sofa was broken.
