Other than the rudeness of...

Liked: Room was outdated but very clean. Breakfast was excellent & staff was friendly. Shuttle driver was friendly & was tipped generously.
Disliked: Lady who checked us in was unfriendly & very rude. She is the guests first contact at the hotel & does not make you feel welcome in any way. Any questions we had were answered with an abrupt yes or no…

We would definitely stay here...

Liked: The shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port were great. We loved the breakfast that was included. The pillows were the best I've ever slept on.
Disliked: We were on the 2nd floor and used the elevator to go.up. Once there we then had to go down several stairs to get to the floor. It was awkward getting our luggage down the stairs. There was a lift to go down but it was not in service.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We waited 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. By the time we arrived the cruise shuttle was completely booked. I chose this hotel due to the cruise port shuttle. You should be able to book that ahead of time!

Pleasant

Liked: The shuttle to the port. The manager was warm and polite.
Disliked: The extremely small breakfast area.

Nice stay

Liked: Our room was ready early and we were allowed to check in! Breakfast was nice and convenient. It was close to restaurants and shopping since we didn’t have a car.
