Liked: Have stayed here many times. Has great views and the location is excellent.
Disliked: I have never before been charged for a room upgrade and parking separately. The up charge was not disclosed on the website to have a room facing the harbour. I have never been charged this in the past. I have also never been charged to park on the premises. This added 30$ to the price of the room making it more expensive than most surrounding hotels and a worse deal. The hotel was mainly empty being an offseason Monday night with an empty restaurant and bar. Evident that Nickel and diming guests has become a practice. It was my last stay here after being a customer for years.

Liked: Room was nice with a beautiful view of the harbour. Beds were very comfy and the staff were excellent!
Disliked: The rooms felt small and there was an extra charge for onsite parking.

Disliked: Poorly lit rooms, very very poor. No clear signs of where the thermostat was located, it was not on the wall. No bottled water in refrigerator The room was small and cramped.
