Liked: Great stay and great facilities. Really good location only 5 minute walk to the centre. Only pet peeve is perhaps an update on the couches they are quite uncomfortable (i am freakishly tall so maybe it is that!) Would definitely stay here again.

Poor soundproofing

Disliked: Very noisy from the flat above .poorly soundproofed .can hear conversation and toilet visits. Not happy

Liked: We stayed at Preswylfa for 11 nights during an unexpected trip home to Wales. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, functional and had everything we needed. The welcome treats and essentials were wonderful and much appreciated.

Liked: Refurbished to a very high standard. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils. Location was idyllic .
Disliked: Green light (safety light ) in Master bedroom was difficult to switch off on one of the nights and made sleep a challenge as I like to sleep in total darkness.
