Liked: Everything. It was all good.
Disliked: Nothing. Perfect hotel.

Close to the airport

Liked: Great clean rooms. Ideal location close to the airport. Shuttle bus. Walking distance from the hotel (couple of minutes) there's a McDonald's and Starbucks.

Disliked: morning staff on reception rude . big brochure in room advertising breakfast ( no time specified) we didn?t check in till 2am and went for breakfast at 10 am . restaurant closed . told no food sorry . not good enough for an airport hotel

Disliked: Paying £4 each twice for the airport shuttle feels like a rip off on top of the hotel price - should be included what's already been paid

Poor standard, bad smelling room,...

Liked: Staff were nice on arrival, but thats pretty much where it ended unfortunately. Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelt really bad, mixture of chlorine and damp. The bed wasnt comfortable, not like the usual standard of a premier inn. I could here people nextdoor, walls paper thin. The standard of the room was very very poor and much need of a makeover. No hot water for about 10 mins of the water running, then didnt last long. Also, its classed as an airport hotel but its not next to the airport. Going to cost you £8 (£4 each way) to travel to and from the airport. My suggestion, pay a little more and stay with Radisson Blu
