The only hotel in town...

Liked: Quiet. Comfortable pillows. Nice shower.
Disliked: Older, worn out building. Heater smelled like burnt metal all night. “Breakfast” left something to be desired. Too expensive for what’s offered.

If I knew the WIFI...

A comfortable sanctuary

Liked: I had a long stay here at an awful time during a wildfire evacuation of my town. The room had a full-sized fridge and range which allowed me to prepare my own meals and not have to eat in restaurants all of the time. I was able to pick up a few extra kitchen items at the thrift shop which is only a couple of minutes' walk away. It was also handy to have a guest laundry in the building. The staff really did their best to make evacuees as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.
Disliked: A fire alarm system test during which the alarm was activated several times with no warning. Hopefully this is not a regular occurance.
