Disliked: Starting to show its age. Should have booked a room with two bathrooms when there are four guests.

Liked: Property was really clean and neat. Construction was going on but we did not mind. The property was literally 4 mins from the strip and everything else.
Disliked: It was a bad odor smell in the bathroom. I contributed it to the construction.

Liked: It have all amenities. It was clean, staff were extremely professional with exceptional customer service. Everything we needed. Very clean & great location.Kandyce had excellent customer service. She made my day. My family it was treated with indignity at the airport. We end up having to stay an extra day in Vegas, because of negligence with the airlines. I am glad that I chose the Polo towers because of her I will be back and oh Leone was great as well. My family was amazed and satisfied.

Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: Nice family hotel not far from the strip. Smoke free.
Disliked: Construction & they were updating the system in the room while we were there.

excellent location, impeccable amenities

Liked: front desk staff was super helpful, we had an issue with our fridge and they got a technician to change it on the spot. The hotel is well located, you can easily walk to anywhere in the strip. There are a couple of washing machines available on different floors which is super convenient to wash and dry your clothes. A small convenient store is available in the hotel building which was useful for our first night as we arrived late from the airport and didn't feel like going to the strip for food and drinks! Across the street you have a shopping mall where you can find a couple of affordable restaurants and bars. The room we booked had one bedroom and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our group of 3 people, and was much cheaper than booking two rooms.
Disliked: the aircon and fridge are a bit noisy for the people sleeping in the dining room on the sofa bed
