Very good

Having a Times Square apartment,...

Liked: Lots of space in the apartment, comfy furniture, vibrant neighbourhood. Staff very professional. Clean room and building. Nice architecture, great views. Felt safe, felt like home.
Disliked: Room lighting is basic. Kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies DIY, which is expected but could (should?) have been a starter kit. Didn't care, CVS, Food Emporium and Target all nearby at 10th Avenue. Get amongst it, grab some hand soap, paper towels, and fairy lights -- you'll be set for the rest of your stay.

Liked: The location was superb for exploring the whole city. It was clean and modern.
Disliked: Nothing. Loved it.

Excellent value for times square...

Liked: Place was perfect for 4 people who needed a kitchen. Had privacy and staff was friendly. Cleaning was great minus the floors which were sticky. Great location and felt safe. Value was pretty good for what we got.
Disliked: The facility and unit was great. One major flaw is that we landed after midnight in Newark and we weren't sure if there was a 24 hour concierge to let us in so we called to find out but no one answered their phone despite trying multiple numbers given. We ended up having to book a hotel by the airport in Jersey for fear of taking a chance and being unable to get inside at 2am. We almost lost the reservation as well because of this. Please update your phone numbers on your site.

Overpriced but space is comfy

Liked: Space, kitchen, views, furniture, serafina restaurant in hotel, quiet
Disliked: No soaps to use kitchen appliances, no soaps for shower/bathroom, minimal towels, no garbage bags, slick floors, smart tv only android friendly, price, traffic in elevators/hotel

Very good

Liked: I loved the location and the amount of space in the unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Given the price we paid I expected regular trash service, enough soap, dish detergent and other toiletries for four people for a week and we did not receive that. Also housekeeping should be included and if not then cleaning supplies should be provided.

Not worth the cost.

Liked: Location and layout of unit--1 bedroom--kitchen appliances. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We were underwhelmed by the lack of amenities. For a week's stay for 2 people there was 2 towels/washcloths etc; dishwasher but no dishwasher soap (or dishwasher liquid for hand washing); 1 small bar of bath soap; no wastebasket in bathroom; 1 roll of toilet paper etc etc. We had to ask for and got more toilet paper, towels, etc, did without the rest. For the price we paid we expected much more! It's these little things that count...Oh, and the mw was the worse I've ever seen for operating etc. Took the 2 of us 15 mins to use the 1st time, and was difficult every time, definitely should be replaced.
