Disliked: Very upsetting after I was promised a refund I did not receive it and they denied of ever granting me my refund. Rooms were messy and toilets were dirty. I had pictures but clearly they didn’t care

Disliked: Terrible experience! I read all the bad reviews about this place and still decided to give it a shot because we didn't need much, and still I was overly disappointed. After a long day of snowboarding we arrived at the hotel, and the reception said THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE. We waited from 8:30 PM to almost 12:00 to get in our rooms.

Should be refunded for nothing...

Disliked: This place was a dump. The water was brown, the floors filthy and there was black mold on the ceilings. It was absolutely disgusting and looked liked a flea bag motel. I was concerned for my safety.
