This hotel is prime canidate for Hotel Impossible. Owners have not invested a dime into this property. Elevator, TV and refrigerator did not work. No extension cords in room to power things. Lightbulbs were missing. No tissue.

Liked: Nice desk clerk and shuttle driver.
Disliked: Bad hotel.

Disliked: The beds are extremely uncomfortable the breakfast is a joke and not to mention after checking out and arriving home we found bugs

The best start to our...

Liked: Very clean, modern, and the staff were outstanding! The lady who checked us in was great! Explained things to me , was patient and kind. Walked me through downloading the parking app. Best of all, she had a lovely demeanor and obviously cared about our experience. I think her name is Brenda. Ben, the shuttle driver was kind, efficient, and extra helpful. We were traveling to MD for a family wedding. Our daughters’ were non-traditional bridesmaids ($750 for their bride’s maid dresses. We totally left the dresses and my husband’s suit hanging in the closet!! I called the hotel, the lady in charge had black hair. She told Ben, he saw me coming back to the shuttle. pulled up to shorten my run! Chatted with me on the ride back, was such a great mix of polite, appropriate, courteous, and hard working! The lady who ran the front desk that morning also went above and beyond; she had my dresses at the front desk, ready to go! Parking there for the whole trip was super easy. Five stars for everything!
Disliked: The beds were too hard on my bad back, so it was very hard to sleep. They were nice, just too hard for me.

Exceptional

Liked: Great walk-in shower enclosure - best of any hotel I've stayed.
Disliked: The auto motion sensor light in the sink/mirror area. Don't like it that bright first thing in the morning. I would normally set up indirect light from the hallway or toilet/shower space. Had to keep on shutting off the sink/mirror light. Very annoying.

Convenient to Airport-Area in KC

Liked: The room was modern and had recently been renovated. There is a mini-fridge to store drinks or leftovers from meals. Although it is next to the airport, the room was quiet and I didn't notice airplane noise. The breakfast was included in the room rate and offered a lot of variety of warm and cold foods, including fresh fruit.
Disliked: I had no issues with staff or facilities. I wish I had investigated the location a bit better, though, since it's somewhat isolated from most of the main attractions of KC.
