Liked: Location was very good!!!! The help was great. Very clean .

Overall I had a good...

Liked: I liked that the pool was there and had it to ourselves and the back stairs were awesome too.
Disliked: A roach came out of the fridge when we got there it smelled like pee from the rug the door lock was loose.

Liked: Clean rooms, free breakfast, loved that I could fish and swim right there at the hotel. Nice staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was good but it seemed if you didn’t get there as soon as it was starting you did not get to eat. Still waiting on my $250 deposit refund to me.

Dirty Hotel with bad customer...

Liked: This hotel is close to Lake Okeechobee, although it is not located on the lake as it seems.
Disliked: I showed up for check in at 2:35, but was told that I have to wait till after 3pm. Terrible customer service for a hotel that looks like a dump. This place also doesn’t seem safe for a family, as there are shady people who stay here and hang around the building. The hotel itself is so dirty and smells bad. No thank you. It was worth staying at the Hilton for just $40 more.

Enjoyable!

Liked: Although the interior is a bit dated and can used a refresh, the location is wonderful. The garden and swimming pool just great to relax. Plenty of wildlife around to observe from close quarters too. It all together lakes for an enjoyable stay and look over the dated interior. Price/quality is excellent.
Disliked: The interior could use a good refurbishment. The exterior has already received such an uplift. Otherwise there is not much to dislike. Friendly staff, great and convenient location. Dated interior but clean.
