Great stay - would come...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Slow and unorganized service at the restaurant- it was busy and it seemed like they were short handed. We were patient and understanding. Flagging for improvement.

Beautiful and unique property -...

Liked: Breakfast was good but expensive for what it was. The location and view were beautiful. Location is central and close to both downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Disliked: The pool was not heated and was too cold to even use. It looked beautiful and I'm sure in the summer it is fabulous but it is advertised as being available year-round and was not due to it not being heated. No indoor pool, either. Common areas had more of a nightclub vibe than a family-friendly hotel.

Location, fun, and great pools,...

Liked: The location and pools were great. Food quality very good, overpriced but matching with the area.
Disliked: You are only as good as your last meal. When I'm vacation, I want to sleep in. The staff was vacuuming outside my room at 8. Apparently the vending area is the water cooler for them as a loud conversation in Spanish was happening, it had to be loud to speak over the vacuum. A great experience prior but I left with a sour taste in my mouth.
