Great, other than stated issues

Liked: Great price. Awesome location. No parking issues, quiet and relaxed atmosphere .
Disliked: Biggest issue - while we were relaxing on balcony, maintenance worker suddenly appeared in our room and scared the crap out of us. We had not requested maintenance, and he was not clear on what he wanted. Also, there was heavy mildew present and loose chairs

Liked: Beautiful view! Nice pools! Very close to the ocean!
Disliked: Our condo was room 111. Right above the dumpster/trash shoot which was picked up every morning at 6:30 am with loud crashing noises. The condo was very dated! Not very clean. I dropped my keys behind the dresser and had to move it out to retrieve them...yuck! The patio furniture was rickety at best. Our original condo cancelled two days before our stay so I guess we were lucky to get a place but it cost the same as the nicer place...go figure! Just disappointed!

Liked: we stayed in a condo. no breakfast option. the accommodations were nice, our unit was clean, neat, laid out well.
Disliked: the front (road side) of the building is dingy, not a great first impression. The elevators were a bit wonky, scary.

Liked: Location! Across the street from our fishing charter.
Disliked: Was very disappointed in our unit! First impression go a long way in business!Staff was great! Unit was definitely not worth 2200.00! The bathroom toilet seat in the master really should of been replaced! Could have been cleaner!!!!

Disliked: Condo was dirty and very dated. The refrigerator was leaking water, and shower did not drain well and backed up water in tub.
