Overall, great stay. Only issue was upon check out. I had paid for the room in advance, yet received a bill for $250. It was my name and room, but nothing else matched. The front desk was not helpful and almost rude. It was their mistake and they cleared it up. Not a single, "I'm sorry". The word, sorry, goes a long way with me. Check your bill on the way out!

Liked: No matter the issue, the staff was available and accommodating. Excellent staff (namely Alisa and Jason), beautiful lobby, excellent food and drink, excellent location. Absolutely will be back!

Liked: we were upgraded to a top floor and were able to eat on the club level for breakfast and snacks.
Disliked: the rooms were a little noisy at night. we were two floors below the Blu bar and live music played there till 11:00pm each night. Wasn't truly an issue unless one went to bed that early.

Friendly staff, great views, clean...

Liked: Rooms very spacious, great views from room as well as the top floor pool area. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and a close walk to the public market. The history of the space and the decor was all upkept very well. Breakfast was delicious and the bar, restaurant, and cafe were all very chic. The staff was incredibly friendly and the amenities were nice. No complaints, will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Milwaukee.
