Disliked: The shower. Water pressure very low. No one came to do our room up even though I asked why not and didnt get a reply via message and even left the request hanging at the door. Single beds very narrow.

Liked: The bed. lovely!
Disliked: The staff member when we arrived needed to take a Happy pill ?

Liked: Lady on reception was lovely
Disliked: Chewing gum on the window sill next to the bed, floor uneven looked like the wardrobe would fall over onto us, at the bottom of the shower the plastic thing at the front kept falling down, the room was freezing and the heating didn't work, we had to push the 2 single beds together, defo wouldn't stay here again

Disliked: I think they need to put a new pillows as the ones I had were almost flat.

Liked: Great location in town centre, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Was cold and didn't know how to turn on radiator. Only had a shower and I like a bath.

Liked: The hotel is in the center of the city and close to everything
Disliked: Noise between rooms. If someone in another takes the shower or use the toilet you will hear the noise. The same if they talk loudly.
